Hearing Health Tip of the Day - Healthy Living means Healthy Hearing

It shouldn't come as a surprise that if you lead a healthy lifestyle your hearing will be one of the beneficiaries of your good habits.

That's because even slight changes in blood circulation can bring about hearing loss. Activities that can boost your blood circulation include smoking and excessive drinking.

Also, diabetics are twice as likely to suffer hearing loss. Avoid foods and substances that hurt other parts of your body and you will be helping your ears, too.
