Notice to Preferred Vision Services benefit holders: Preferred Vision Services to be discontinued effective January 1, 2018.

This benefit was previously provided to members of Great-West Life, Manulife Financial, Sun Life Financial and the Chamber of Commerce Plan group benefit plans by the Preferred Vision Services provider network.

The service will be discontinued because the service provider network is disbanding, if you have any questions please contact PVS at 1-800-668-6444.
